How your order travels and comes back

Every piece is packed by hand with protection suited to its material. In-stock pieces ship on a set timeline, and custom work follows its own fabrication schedule.

Jewelry is wrapped in padded, individually sealed pouches inside a rigid box so chains and rings stay tangled-free. Wood artwork is set between protective boards and wrapped in corner-guarded paper to prevent warping and surface scuffs.

In-stock pieces are dispatched within three business days of order. Custom fabrications are confirmed with you before work begins and ship once finished, typically within three to four weeks.

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging. Once we receive the piece, we inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges are available for size or finish on stock pieces. Custom orders are made to your specification and are not eligible for return, so please review details carefully before confirming.
